Goal setting is a great tool for making changes in your life.  Printing your goals out on paper and posting them where you will see them every day, will help you stay on track and get you to your goals faster.  So when you’re trying to lose weight, write out some goals of what you want to accomplish, and be sure to keep track of everything you eat.

This way you won’t be able to cheat yourself and you’ll know everything that you’ve eaten throughout the day. It’s just like driving a car from point A to point B.  In order to get the point B. You’ve got to know where you’re at now so you can make the necessary course adjustments to get to your goal.  As the old saying goes, those that fail to plan, plan to fail.
